Keep your bundle of bags neatly stacked together. Wicketed Bags are produced by placing a U-shaped piece of metal through 2 holes located in the lip of the bag. Bags are ready for manual or automatic loading. Unitized bags in 250’s (depends on size) on a U shaped, stiff wire wicket. Ideal for packaging all sorts of items: textile products, food items, ice and industrial goods. Custom configurations—venting, ziplock, header seals, and hangholes. Custom plastic wicketed bags group bags on wickets to provide for ease in loading for fully and semi-automated packaging. Customize the size, print and number per wicket based on the end use. Wicketed poly bags are constructed in such a way that they aid in handling and packaging of products. In the case of wicketed constructions, bags are put up on a wire “wicket” for ease of dispensing. Typically, there are 250 bags on a wicket pack. With this construction style, the bags can be mounted on a blower that will blow each individual bag open to allow products to be slid in easily. The bag can then be torn from the wicket and the next bag will blow open, ready for another pack.
